The Symphoniya professional licence is an annual right to play the Transe Symphonic works within your professional setting — sessions, workshops, group practice, listening events.

This music was written with the intention of harmonising the living and the being. Each Transe Symphonic work is conceived as a sound cathedral: composed according to Musique Code Cantique — the method that translates numbers, the first language, into audible music — and tuned in the Living Scale, the natural tuning. These architectures show the way and make it easier: the way of tuning oneself again, of coming back into harmony.
The professional who plays them offers that way to those they accompany, within their own setting. They remain the master of that setting and responsible for it, for their choices of use, for their accompaniment and for their communication; Symphoniya offers the work.
For practitioners, accompanists and professionals who wish to have the works heard in their practice — in individual sessions, in a consulting room, in workshops, in group practice, or at a listening event they organise within their own professional setting. A dedicated arrangement exists for Centres where several practitioners play the works within a shared setting.
The licence gives access, for one year, to the Symphoniya professional catalogue: all published Transe Symphonic works, in every version available. The files are delivered to the licensee in high quality.
The catalogue is alive: any new Transe Symphonic work published during the year enters it automatically, at no additional cost to licensees.

The licence runs for one year from payment and renews automatically each year; it may be terminated up to thirty days before the renewal date. Payment is annual. The Centre licence covers every practitioner working within the organisation, with a single access delivered to the Centre.
Playing the works of the catalogue within one’s professional setting, for the duration of the licence: individual sessions, consulting room, workshops, group practice, retreats, practice spaces — and the listening events the licensee organises within their own setting.
When the licence ends, the right to play the works professionally ends with it. The files already delivered remain the licensee’s, for private listening.
The licence is a right to play the works, not a transfer of rights. It does not allow: passing the files to third parties, copying or redistribution, publishing online, editing, remixing or altering the works, audiovisual synchronisation, advertising use, or inclusion in a product or service that is resold. Such uses require, where Symphoniya accepts them, a specific agreement.
And, for free and continuous discovery, the radio Symphoniya Wave. Listening to the radio is public and constitutes neither a licence nor a right to play the works.

The licensee may state publicly: “[Name] is a Symphoniya licensee for the professional playing of the Transe Symphonic works.”
